    Handling personal data

Personal data is information which can be used to identify a person, i.e. details which can be traced back to a person. These include the name, email address or telephone number. However, data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone are also considered to be personal data.
Trisa Electronics AG does not pass on personal data to third parties.

    Newsletter

We use the newsletter as a channel to inform you about our offers.
If you would like to receive the newsletter, we require a valid email address from you as well as information that will allow us to verify that you are the owner of the email address specified or that the owner consents to receiving the newsletter. No further data is collected. This data is only used for the purpose of sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties.
You can revoke your consent to store the data or your email address as well as to use these to send the newsletter at any time. You can submit your revocation via a link in the newsletter themselves, in your profile area or by notifying the above-mentioned contacts.

Linking of third-party services and content

It can happen that third-party content, for example YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are linked into this website content. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as the “third-party providers”) can detect the user’s  IP address, because without the IP address they would be unable to send the content to the respective user’s browser. Thus the IP address is necessary to display this content. We endeavour to only use such content whose respective providers use the IP address solely to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. If we become aware of this occurring, we inform users to this effect.

    Registration function

The data entered in the course of registration is utilised for the purpose of using the website. Users can receive information  by email pertaining to the product range or registration, such as changes to the range of products or technical circumstances. The data collected can be viewed in the input window as part of registration.

    Revocation, changes, corrections and updates

The user has the right, on request and free of charge, to receive information about the personal data that has been stored pertaining to him. In addition, the user has the right to have incorrect data amended, and to have his personal data blocked and deleted, as long as this does not run counter to any legal obligations to preserve records.
